The Truth About Us

$24.99

What does it truly mean to show up in a world shaped by inequality? In The Truth About Us, renowned DEI strategist and former Major League Baseball executive Nona Lee issues a powerful, heartfelt call to action for business leaders, changemakers, and everyday people who want to create a more inclusive, equitable society.

With honesty, courage, and clarity, Lee explores how our personal identities intersect with systems of privilege and oppression—and what it really takes to foster meaningful change in the workplace and beyond. Whether you belong to a historically marginalized group or are only beginning to examine your role in the fight for social justice, this book offers a roadmap for personal growth, organizational transformation, and collective healing.

Drawing on her experiences as a trailblazer in professional sports, an openly gay Black woman in corporate America, and the founder of Truth DEI Consulting, Lee introduces the TRUTH Framework:

- Truth-telling

- Reconciliation

- Understanding

- Taking Action

- Humanity
